A Letter to our Customers and Friends

Following the recommendations from the World Health Organization, we would like to let you know the steps we are taking to prevent further spread of COVID-19. Our office personnel has transitioned to work from home. The other members of our company, especially our production team, have been instructed to stay home. Everyone will be paid regularly during this interruption.

Our e-commerce remains operational and is ready to receive your orders. Shipments are being made normally. Our warehouse team has been reduced, and is following all the appropriate procedures.

Our customer service is also operating normally, including for returns and exchanges.

At this time, the most important thing is that we all remain safe.

For this reason, we kindly ask that everyone please stay home.
